📦 Important Shop Policies

⚠️ Orders will not be started until payment has been received in full.

⏳ Please allow 3–5 business days for your custom cup to be made and shipped.

📍 Please verify your shipping address carefully before submitting your order.

🚫 All custom-made cups are non-refundable and non-returnable.

📦 Any damage that occurs during shipping must be handled through the shipping insurance claim process.

💧 If your cup arrives defective or leaking with no visible shipping damage, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos. A replacement will be provided once the issue has been reviewed and verified.
