📦 Important Shop Policies
- ⚠️ No cups or add-ons will be started until payment is made in full.
- 📍 Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.
- 🚫 Custom-made cups are NON-REFUNDABLE.
- 📦 Cups damaged during shipping are the responsibility of shipping insurance.
- 💧 If your cup arrives defective or leaking with no visible damage, I will replace it if contacted within 48 hours of delivery with photos included.
